How To Grow Your Small Business

Client: Ysh, running a business has become much easier now, I mean, it's much simpler to operate. With AI and ChatGPT, everything you need is right on your screen. Just ask ChatGPT, and boom—you get your answer instantly.
Ysh: Hmmm… I would agree to some tasks. However, the truth is, it has actually become more challenging for new businesses to start or thrive due to what's called the "cognitive paradox." With all the information available, it’s hard to figure out what really works. It's not the information that drives your business, but how you organize, analyze, strategize, and implement the right solutions.
I have a friend who owns a small business. He was chatting with ChatGPT a lot, and it made him even more unfocused and confused. As a result, he ended up with analysis paralysis. Cognitive paradox. Then he just stopped. He couldn’t cope with all the information and the competition.
To be honest, you can ask ChatGPT anything, but without the expertise and skills to organize, analyze, and implement that information effectively, it's just a bunch of sentences and paragraphs. AI and tools like ChatGPT are like a brand-new car sitting in your garage. You can start it, accelerate, turn on the music, switch on the lights, and shift gears, but you still won’t move forward if you don’t know how to drive. Your AI car is useless without the skills to operate it effectively.
You still need a driver to take you to your destination. You need a guide with a proven plan.
