Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.–Albert Einstein
Wake up. Eat. Brush your teeth. Shower. Comb your hair. Go to school. Bear math class. Eat. Work. Go back home. Sleep (optional). REPEAT.
Daily routine of a slightly weird, nineteen year old architecture student. It’s sad to know that this is how my life works and that I fail to enjoy life. While waiting for the jeepney to arrive, I had an epiphany. I am insane. I am unsatisfied with my life because I fail to notice the little things that make each day different.
Monday, I finished my math quiz and for the first time in forever I understood the lesson.
Tuesday, there was no traffic so I was home within thirty minutes.
Wednesday, we watched Mean Girls in class.
Thursday, I was able to pass an exam without studying yay!
Friday, an old lady smiled and told me to have a good day.
Saturday, we ate in a nearby food establishment and it was awful but we still had fun.
All I had to do was notice the little details and relax.
This is what we want in our tropical getaway.
To be able to breathe, enjoy and live.
